Popcorn (Chris McleanX Time Lord!Reader) Part 3

You huffed and opened the door to your TARDIS, unaware that Chris was following you. At the moment it was disguised like a tree. Once you got inside you walked to the kitchen and grabbed a popsicle, sitting down and sighing heavily.

Chris raised an eyebrow at your sudden disappearance and walked over to the tree. “Is there a door?” He asked himself when he heard a twig snap behind him and he turned around to see Ricky (‘Or is it Mickey?’ He thought.) following him. “Hey! Get out of here! Go film the contestants and crap!”

“B-But I saw (Y/n) fall and I wanted to make sure she was okay…”

“She’s fine! Now go!”

“Yes sir” He said running back to film the contestants.

Chris found what felt like a handle and opened the door. What he saw amazed him. It wasn’t a tree but a huge room beyond belief. It was bigger on the inside. “Woah….No flipping way….” He said walking in.

He looked up as he heard a snap and a creak as the doors closed behind him. You stood in front of him, popsicle in your hand, half eaten. “Thought I said not to follow me...did I?” You asked.

“No you didn’t….what is this place?”

“This.” You said with a wide grin, pausing for dramatic effect. “Is the T.A.R.D.I.S. It’s my spaceship. I’m not human”

“You look human.”

“No you look Time Lord. You’re welcome.”

“So what’s a TARDIS?”

“Stands for Time and relative dimension in space. It travels through space and time.”

“How is it bigger on the inside?” He asked as you finished your popsicle.

“Different dimension on the inside.”

“Do all TARDIS’s look like trees?”

“No just mine. For now it looks like this at least.. Only one’s left of my kind are me and a fellow called the Doctor. His TARDIS looks like a blue police box.”

“From the 1960’s?”

“Yes exactly.”

“Are you stranded here or something?”

“No I just choose to be here…”

“Is it fun traveling through space and time?”

“Yes very much fun….come with me.”

He looked startled at your response. “What do you mean?”

“I mean come with me. Travel with me. I can take you to see the stars. Planets you’ve never thought could have existed. I can take you forward and backward in time. We could see the creation of Earth and the end of it too. And have you back in about five seconds time here.”

“You’d really let me travel with you?”

“I’d love for you to travel with me.”

“And you can have me back five seconds from now?”

“Well we’d spend more time than five seconds. But once we get back only five seconds would have passed.”

“Can we see who wins the show?”

“No. There are rules to time and space travel. For instance you can’t cross your own timeline. Could tear a hole in the fabric of space and time….so are you coming?”

“Could you grab me some more popcorn? I have a feeling I might want it.”

You laughed and shook your head. “In the TARDIS I’m not your personal assistant anymore. At least not as much. I’ll just buy you some popcorn. I know a place that makes the best in the universe. Allons-y!” You said with a laugh as the TARDIS took off.

“I don't know you make some pretty good popcorn."

"Where do you think I get it from?"

"This is going to be an interesting series of adventures Chef will never believe.” Chris said smirking. “And on the bright side with the right amount of cash I can get new items and gain new ideas for torturing the contestants.”

You smiled and looked at him. He noticed you looking at him and grinned.

"What?"

"Well I was thinking since when we are in the TARDIS and I'm not being your personal assistant at the moment there is no reason to keep it professional any longer?"

"Seems like good reasoning." He said. "And it helps that there are no camera's here."

You laughed and kissed him. "People would never shut up about it."

He kissed you back and laughed."So is it popcorn time?" He asked.

"Yes it's popcorn time! I do love popcorn time."
